Service Agreement

When you book a service, you enter into an agreement with maroon-prairie. The specific terms of each service will be outlined in your consultation confirmation. Services must be paid for as specified in the confirmation email.

Booking and Payment

• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change
• Payment is required before or at the time of service delivery
• We accept payment methods as specified during booking

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are fully refundable
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and styling guides provided during consultations, is the property of maroon-prairie and protected by copyright laws.

Client Materials
